I.T.B.M.S. tax of 5%.
Surcharges for bookings exceeding 6 hours between 7 AM and 8 PM:
• Driver’s meal: $8 per meal.
Surcharges for trips outside Panama City between 8 PM and 7 AM:
• Driver’s overnight accommodation: $70.00.
• Driver’s meal: $8 per meal.
Additional fees or taxes, e.g. excess km, tolls, highway and tunnel fees, parking fees, entrance fees to museums or other attractions.
Bank and Public Holiday surcharges: 50% surcharge applies on Tuesday of Carnival; Holy Friday; 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January.
Gratuities: at client's discretion
Terms and Conditions
All rates are in US Dollars. Prices are effective from 1 March 2008 and are subject to change without notice.
All deposits are NON refundable.
Driver’s overtime will apply after the first 15 minutes following the expiry of the rental period described on the run sheet.
Our drivers will abide by all national laws and speed limits.
We are not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
We are not responsible for delays or for termination of the service in the rainy season caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. accidents, damaged road, etc.) or by other unforeseeable reasons (i.e. protests, etc.).
We are not responsible for any articles left in the limousine.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Smoking is not permitted in our cars.
Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the offending party.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by passengers during the duration of the rental. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee will be charged at $250.00.
The driver has the right to terminate a rental service without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the passenger(s).
Miscellaneous
Airport Meeting Point: The driver will meet service users, holding a name board at the arrival hall after Customs.
Cancellations / No - Shows
We would appreciate advice of cancellations at least 12 hours before the scheduled start of the service.
Cancellations advised less than 3 hours before the scheduled start of the service will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations advised after the driver has left the garage will be charged at 100%.
No-Show / Refusal Fee: 100% charge.
